Announcing the recipients of the 2026 Beaverbrook Vimy Prize

We are pleased to announce the recipients of the 2026 Beaverbrook Vimy Prize. This year’s cohort brings together exceptional students from across Canada, as well as participants from France, England, and Germany.

From July 31 to August 10, students will travel through France and Belgium, visiting historical sites, museums, and military cemeteries while learning about the First and Second World Wars in the places where history unfolded. Through this immersive experience, participants will deepen their understanding of history, remembrance, and the importance of global citizenship.

The 2026 Beaverbrook Vimy Prize recipients are:
