Allward: The Art of Commemoration
This project highlights the artistic vision behind the Canadian National Vimy Memorial, designed by Canadian sculptor, Walter S. Allward. This immersive experience centres on themes inspired by Allward's design intentions that are poignantly explored through conversations with Adrian Stimson, interdisciplinary artist and member of the Siksika Nation, Treaty 7, Alberta. Engage with and complete each interaction to discover the themes and reflect on the art of commemoration, past, present, and future.
